Attention to detail (8) Great customer service (8) Good price (6) Inconsistent quality (3) Rude customer service (3)

"Absolutely horrible customer service. Brought my car in after being given a quote. When I went back in to check on my vehicle because they were taking so long they were not even half done and then changed the quote we agreed on. Not honoring our agreement. Owner or manager and whomever they have answering phones were incredibly rude. Ended up getting a mobile detail for half the price and it was the best auto detail I’ve ever had. Proceed with caution. Make sure you get your agreement in writing."

Professional Installation (21) Great Customer Service (14) High-Quality Tinting (9) Poor Communication (1) Expensive (3)

"Accutint NW blew me away with their top-notch service and quality! I treated my Volvo XC70 to a detailing session and window tinting at their shop, and boy, was I impressed! Their work was fantastic, and their prices were in line with other detail shops. But where they truly shine is in their wonderful team - Greg the owner, Michael the shop manager, and the rest of the crew, including Florita, who know how to deliver the best detailing and window tinting in all of Seattle."
