"I had little black dots all over my white Explorer. They didn't wash off, and each little dot had to be individually popped off, and the stain underneath had to be treated. I was told it was artillary fungus spores from old mulch that attached to my paint. Collin was wonderful. It was a huge job, and he reassured me over and over that I would be happy.
