Its been so long I didn't know if they could or would help for matter! I went around there today and the young man just smiled and said let's check the system, he told me that I have a "lifetime" warranty and he could fix it now. Within 30 minutes it was done just like new no cost to me, No we can't help you, No, it all has to be "Replaced", No the Boss has to approve it but he's on vacation!!!!!!!
