Yet about ten miles into my drive in heavy traffic my front tires were making the most horrific sound. There was no shaking of the vehicle. I connected Google Maps to find me the closest, highest rated service shop. 5 Stars 🌟 does not even come close to the professionalism of the crew. I think that 10 to 20 stars would be more accurate. They took care of a distraught old woman who was not a local customer with grace and kindness. I grew up helping my father working on our vehicles. So if I take it to a shop, I expect the same attention to detail. This vehicle was not mine. It's a 2011 Jeep Liberty. This vehicle was just inspected by my, now former dealership. A Jeep Dealership. The front wheels were not put back on properly, they were not wire brushed to make sure that the tires would be seated correctly after the inspection. I am incredibly grateful to EVERYONE here who fixed this issue. They probably saved my life. Thank you. Thank you so much for fixing the problem."
