Not only did they diagnose the problem successfully, they did it relatively quickly too. They sent me a text with a few paragraphs on what was wrong and pictures of the problem areas. The guys at the shop were patient with my basic questions because I don't know that much about auto repair. The repair was done in a timely manner and the prices were reasonable. "Daniel Merino: I took my Tesla here because of the price and good reviews but was skeptical of the warranty on the tint they were promoting. A couple months after the job had been finished I encountered a problem with the tint and I called expecting them to not honor the warranty and try to charge me but instead was told by Alex to bring my car in that same day and he had it fixed in under an hour!!
