Not only did they diagnose the problem successfully, they did it relatively quickly too. They sent me a text with a few paragraphs on what was wrong and pictures of the problem areas. The guys at the shop were patient with my basic questions because I don't know that much about auto repair. The repair was done in a timely manner and the prices were reasonable.
