My experience here was good until 2-15-25 when road guard said it was ok to go to my appointment earlier than expected for due date so I went (didn’t even know it wasn’t possible to do ) and was charged ($25.88 plus the $114.00 )on my card, I was told by manger I wasn’t able to get a refund cause he will be out of business or credit for my next appointment.. I’m very confused cause my services wasn’t provided so I was told to come back next week Saturday to pay plus another $25.88 that it’s fair to me being a pay customer knowing I’ll be back there again for a whole year.., I wasn’t pleased with road guard also with car toys..

I took my vehicle there to replace my font speakers. I basically spent my entire day waiting on them to do what should’ve been a simple task. However I was wrong. I was told they had to run a diagnostic test and this, that and third. Do yourself a favor and bypass this joke of a business. Don’t waste your time.

Spoke with Lance yesterday morning regarding tinting options. I decided to go with another company, but even so, he was super helpful in explaining stuff and very personable over the phone. He explained the options I had, and told me he wanted to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. Seems like an honest and good guy

They installed an interlock device into my car and never gave me the correct documentation to take to the mva so they never started counting the months that I have to keep it the interlock device in my car for a whole extra ten months super unprofessional for doing that and will have costed me 1000$ extra for no reason other than they didn’t do there jobs correctly thanks for nothing yall suck … nice response but you guys didn’t give me the correct documentation that needs to be stamped from you guys so that I could take it to the mva i know you don’t make up how long i have to have the device installed but you added ten months to it by not doing your jobs so again thanks for nothing
