Very disappointed today!! I drove 50 miles in traffic, ran a few minutes late and was told I would have to come back to do the windshield. I have done all my cars here in the past. I left and went down the road to BB Tinting whom was able to see me immediately and got me done with the most professional service ever!! I’m afraid that Dynamic Appearance has lost a customer.

I went to the Norcross brick-and-mortar store and the employee there was super helpful in helping me figure out which kit to order from their online store to replace the burnt-out HIDs on my 2015 FR-S. I ordered the wrong kit at first but I was able to return it hassle-free. Justin responds to emails even on weekends and processed my return promptly. I ordered the correct Morimoto HID kit and Justin shipped that out quickly. I installed it last week and it provides awesome lighting without blinding oncoming drivers. Dynamic Appearance carries every exterior and interior bulb I'll ever need for my car, and I'll be returning to them whenever I need to replace a bulb. I'm happy to have such a great local supplier for all of my automotive lighting needs!
