Customer service was very good. Had two vehicles detailed. The one vehicle smells awful. Left the windows down for two todays, hoping it will work the smell out. Smell still in the vehicle.

ShowCar Auto Spa really hooked up the family ride. This team is “Very” professional, treated us like family, and walked us through every step of the process (from drop off to pickup!) Great job to everyone who touched our BMW. The team treated our ride like a million dollar Bugatti. ❤️🔥 I was truly impressed!!!

From the initial phone call to the moment I left, I experienced superb customer service. I only needed my two front windows tinted to match the tint on all the others, and I was never pestered into doing more than I asked for. My initial phone call with Carson went great. He was so pleasant and offered me a same day appointment, ensuring me that I would be out in time to get my kiddos from school. Elianah at the front desk was so professional, sweet and fun to chat with, and Mason’s work on my tint was perfect! He was also very professional and explained all after-care thoroughly, and he’s just the sweetest guy who obviously enjoys what he does. Thank you all for taking such good care of us!
