"Mike totally saved the day. My car broke down and was stuck in neutral in West Covina, which is an unfamiliar area to me. I called AAA and needed to get my car towed to a shop within 5 miles. I was lucky to find Mao's Garage open at 6pm on a Saturday. I called ahead and Mike told me, even though he specializes in foreign vehicles, he'd take a look at my Saturn, with a potentially ruined Transmission.
