If I could do less stars I would. They took over a year working on our car and we got the car back in a worse condition.

Honestly they do great wrap jobs, I wouldn’t recommend if you have a complex design or want something done in a current timeframe. I had a horrible experience and it was extremely unprofessional. I contacted this shop in regards to get my motorcycle helmet wrapped, I came to the owner with a concept design and at first he was super communicative and seemed excited to work on the project. We both were on mutual agreement and I thought I could trust him to execute my ideas into reality. After putting my down payment and giving him my helmet, that was pretty much the last I heard from him. I asked him to send me updates if he could, he said he would. Days pass and I hear nothing, I tried texting him for one, still nothing. I ended up calling the store as it came close to the dateline he gave me. I turned it in on Tuesday, he said it would be done on Saturday. He seemed confident in his answer so I trusted him. I came in on Saturday to see what was going on and see the progress and he barely wrapped it, it was wrapped white on both sides and nothing else was done. He kept pushing the dates back and I went in on Tuesday seeing if there were any updates and the front was wrapped. The owner himself barely talked to me when I walked in, and didn’t acknowledge me until I said something. His associate Gianni was the only one who offered to help and give updates. I waited a week and a half for my helmet, and turns out the wrap job was terrible, they tried scratching off the DOT sticker on the back of my helmet but couldn’t so gave up, they didn’t bother cleaning my helmet before wrapping, and the decals added onto my helmet just looked lazy. It was not at all what we agreed on and I tired giving them time, I just asked for communication. They kept on pushing for refunding, even when I tried to tell them I don’t expect a due date as long as they can execute the design I wanted like we mutually agreed on, and the owner didn’t do any of the talking. I had to talk to Gianni instead. The only time I exchanged conversation with the owner of SD Wrap was when he was paying me back my refund. Overall very unprofessional, not communicative, and honestly they do not go by the deadlines they give. I would say if you have a complex design, go somewhere else.

I got my wrap and tints from this business for my Tesla. First off, the finishing look was gorgeous. Unique color and finish came out very nicely. Unfortunately, the experience and the end result were not so great. A job took an additional few weeks to finish, when I was told about a week time was all that was needed, I had to make multiple visits because parts were loose/missing (some still are), a side camera had been broken, tint was not set right, one door no longer opened correctly, autopilot no longer functioned correctly, and a few other things. Just getting into contact with the shop itself became a nightmare. Again, the wrap and tint looks great, but the cost of my vehicle’s integrity was not what I bargained for.

These guys did an amazing job with my old, classic car. And it was fun to look at the variety of cars he was working on in his shop. All having such unique things done, and all looked incredible. This is the place to go for any wrap you might need on your vehicle.

Great customer service....I did not get a full wrap from them. Im a garage DIYer. I only went for material. Amazon failed to deliver ontime. My Guy helped me with two much needed colors for custom camo wrap. Thanks for saving the day. Can't remember his name but he's a 5 star gentleman for his efforts to earn my business.
